Hello, I shopped 3 times this time and each time I chose perfume sample gifts, but you just gave them randomly. Why do you give us the chance to choose?

This is listed on our website here > https://www.sephora.com/beauty/samples-promotion#FreeSamples And on our samples page here > https://www.sephora.com/beauty/free-beauty-samples if your samples are out of stock, our Distribution Center will include any samples that are available at the time your order is being packed.

@JiangZY Sephora does make the disclaimer that samples are given subject to availability.  Sometimes we get the samples that we request and sometimes we don't; it's a hit-or-miss situation but I'm sorry that you didn't receive the samples that you'd wanted.
