frozen Rouge account

Anyone know how to get your Rouge account unfrozen ASAP? Awful customer service. I was logged out of my account for no reason in 4/2020, called and spoke with customer service and there was an order I was unaware of that bounced and customer service said it would be investigated and then my account unlocked. My account eventually got unlocked and I got no update but thought everything was addressed. Now I placed my Rouge VIB sale order and it got CANCELLED with no notice (only found when I went to view status) and asked customer service to just charge previous charge to my account even though I didn't place it. They're telling me it'll take 3-10 business days and so the sale will be OVER. What a way to be treated when I have spent thousands at Sephora. So frustrated. Any tips, please help.
