free samples

Is it just me?  The last three orders have not included the free samples I selected.  Usually, they'll throw something in.  Now - they don't bother including anything.  With the number of online cosmetic companies appearing that offer more than two samples AND include free shipping over $50 AND offer 20% off sitewide days for anyone....it is getting more and more difficult to stay loyal to Sephora.  Does anyone else agree?

Same! I haven't been getting the free samples I selected. Instead I get a perfume but I'm allergic...

I agree! I've been having the same issue for a while now and nothing changes. Not to mention that Sephora seems to charge more for some products than the brand’s websites do.
