free samples with order

i made a purchase on Thanksgiving day and got to pick 3 samples. none of the samples i picked came with my order. there were 3 perfume samples and 2 were the same scent! i'm sure it was a high volume day but the samples shouldn't have been listed as available if they were not

Two orders of mine recently didn't come with samples at all and I requestes them. I just gave up on my order from a few days ago and didn't even request any.

Yes I ordered for the vib sale 20% off, I ordered a sample for a cleanser by boscia, a hair conditioner by brigeo and a face cream by origins. But I got completely different samples and it sucks because if they’re not available or out of stock then update the site!! Or at least don’t give samples that have nothing to do with what u asked for!!!:(
