free samples / promos

 I'm getting pretty annoyed with Sephora and the free sample lottery.  I always make sure to order the samples, and sometimes I may receive one and if I'm lucky, I will rarely get both of what I ordered.  Even with the package that arrived today, the samples picked were shown as included in the order, however were not included in the package.  No samples. No explanation.  No substitution.  Come on people.  Show some respect and amp up some customer service. I see from previous posts that I'm not the only one with these issues.
