freaking out!! All my points are gone!!!!!!!!

I just remembered to use my November play card, says use by (12/31). When I logged into my app all 877 of my points are gone!!! I have only been a member since Oct./2017???? Not cool at all...........I was almost to a 1000 points!!! Calling first thing in the morning.....

Hi thanku for replying to my post.  My points have been restored.  However before this all started I only had $240 left until I reached rouge status, now it says $340???

Spending totals for VIB/Rouge status reset at the beginning of each calendar year. On January 1st we all started over on needing to spend $350/1000 to reach the goal amounts.
