flash 2 day shipping

I would like to know why my flash 2 day shipping has disappeared from my account.  I purchased it on 02/11/2017.  It was there a few weeks ago when I placed several orders (that were cancelled for no good reason).  Now, its like it was never there.  Also, the order that I placed on 02/11/2017 has disappeared from my order history all together.  Does anyone have an explanation??
