extremely extremely rude employee

I am beyond upset.  Yesterday I had one of the worst experiences ive ever had shopping in a store, specifically the Coquitlam Center store.  I am a very polite person and i've never filed a complaint about anything in my life.  I am also a Rouge client for years and have been happy with everything.  This is what happened.  After testing some products on my hands, I noticed another customer using the sink in the store for washing hands, without much thinking, that's what I did too.  I must stress that there was no sign disallowing customers from using the sink.  Since a lot of other cosmetic stores I had been to offer sinks for customers to wash off testers, I assumed that this sink is also for customer use and that's what I did.  However, in the middle of washing the testers off my hands (and after I had already had soap on my hands), one of the customer reps very rudely scolded me, telling me that I can't use the sink and saying that the sink was for beauty advisors' use only.  At the same time she was waiving her arms telling me where to signs are but there were no signs at all.  I felt so embarrassed and apologetic for assuming I can use that sink so i quickly apologized and said i did'nt know.  While I was trying hard to wash off the soap, she still continue to scold at me.  The point where I got upset was when I tried to reach out for a tissue paper to dry my hands, she rudely grabbed the tissue box away from me and said i can not use the tissue because its for beauty advisors only.  I ask her why shes being so rude to me and she just kept repeating what she said earlier so i told her but there are no signs? Then she start putting signs up in front of me and said there are signs everywhere.  I was seriously speechless.  I then ask her for her name and she told me her name in slow motion and said i can file as much complaint as i want.  Then she start raising her voice and said Dont be rude to me multiple times as if shes trying to make it seem like i'm attacking her.  I just cannot believe what i did to deserve this.    Even if the sink isn't for customers, this is no way to treat customers or anyone else for that matter.   Please check the camera, theres one right beside the sink. I am truly so disappointed with this experience at Sephora.
