expiring product

I purchased the Giorgio Armani Beauty Maestro Fusion Mak, it will be expired in next 6 month. I have no idea why sephora sells this kind of product? No one monitor the inventory??? 

What funny is, the customer service asked me to drive an hour to a store that can exchange for me.

It makes me feel like it's my fault to have the expiring product. 

I have been rough for a few years, but this time. I will say goodbye to sephora. I'd rather buy from other store with full price. But not listening your "great" customer service.

sadly, it's expiring September 2018, which is totally a joke

The former one expiring in 01/19, while the replacement is expiring in 09/18. LOL

I can't trust sephora anymore.
