empty box!!

Hi there,

My girlfriend spend a thousand dollar on an order and all she got was an empty box with her invoice, samples, and papers in there. NO ACTUALLY PRODUCTS THAT SHE PURCHASED. She can only speak korean, so she cannot ask for help on the phone, but I am in Korea right now, so it is not possible for me to contact sephora over the phone as well. We are really unset. What should we do? Does this mean a thousand dollar down the drain?
