Hi All,

Please do not buy eGift cards for Sephora, wanted to suprise my wife with a gift and was asked some follow-up question which seem to be marketing ploy before they would allow me to use it...............pissed me off.

When I called to follow up they were then transferring me to a level 2 CS, what is the point of the level 1 CS when the selected option was for additional verification.

4a.) Are you intending on purchasing more gift cards?
4b.) If so, please indicate the dollar amount so we can pre-authorize these transactions.
