double charge in store purchase

Hello, I was double charged for a purchase I made in-store on Dec 16. I paid with my credit card with apple pay, which went through on my end but supposedly did not go through on the POS. I was told to try again, which I did, and used my physical debit card, and it worked on their end. They told me to come in if I did get double charged, and I did so I came in two days later. The staff said they filled out a form on my behalf and said I’d get one of my charges refunded back to me within 4 or more days. It’s been over a week and I would not like to go back in-store as they have proven to be not very helpful and would like my money back asap. I have my receipt.

@nsh0103 I'm sorry to hear that! I would recommend reaching back out to the store so they can look into the progress of the request they submitted.
