don't get money refund from online purchase

Hello, in the Wed, Mar 6, 2024 i ordered brush, but then my order was cancelled by sephora for unknowing for me reason and I still did not receive the money on the card. Payment was made with a Mastercard card(((

@nigarhs The amount you were seeing on your bank statement was a temporary pending authorization, not a charge, and it should have automatically dropped from your account within 1-7 business days. Please rest assured we have not charged you for the cancelled order. Because we didn't charge you, a refund would not be processed. (Instead, the pending authorization will drop on its own.) I hope this clarifies.
