does anyone know why some products suddenly disappear and appear again after a couple days?

there are some RMS products that I'm thinking of buying but then they keep disappearing from the website and then they come back without a notice and by disappear I don't mean they go out of stock I mean they completely disappear! does anybody have an idea why this happens?
