did my order go through?

on friday i did a purchase but my cart never emptied nor did i get an order confirmation so i tried again and same deal. updated app and logged in and out but when i tried to do same purchase again today i got same issue. ingot a delivery date but no confirmation email and my cart is still full. my history shows no purchase either:(
