I had ordered something like a week ago.. this is only my second purchase from Sephora, & the first time i had no issues. This time, something seems off. I had ordered the same thing i got last time, & it seems to still be processing after many days.. i tried contacting customer service to see what the issue is but i’m not getting any valid answers. i just wish i knew what’s going on & that i’m going to get what i ordered!
