damaged empty package

I ordered a very large sephora order.. It was for birthdays and Christmas gifts for my friends. The package arrived but it came damaged!nothing was inside this package at all. The tape was ripped and the side of the box was torn! I am so upset how this package was handled and I really needed some of this by the 22nd. 😞 I can't find a live chat but have emailed. Please help! Will I be out what I paid? Is a replacement possible?  I can't afford to replace these

Hi. I have anot her problem yet again with sephora! They said they issued a refund. On my order it says "store card redeemed" of the amount of $403. On my other order it says a refund of $69 was issued back to my card. I received the one that says it was issued back to my card but NOT the one that says a store card was redeemed. I chatted on live chat and was told t was being converted not a credit back to my visa. I was told to wait 7 days, and now 10. I placed this order the 7th of November. This is unacceptable how long I've waited for merchandise to NOT A RECEIVE and STILL no refund or replies. I've only been refunded back on my card $70 out of a $470 order. What can I do to get my refund back? My order says a store card was redeemed. I have not received a store card NOR do I want one. Please somebody help me with this I've been out my money for over a month.
