Hi, does anyone know if live chat is broken? Every single time I check the page, the button is unavailable. I've checked at different times of the day too. Or is there an email I can contact? I don't want to contact them via phone because I have pictures I'd like to send them. Half of my package was crushed during delivery 😞

I'm so sorry to hear this! If the chat is unavailable, please keep the page open until the next agent becomes available. We're also happy to assist here in the Community.
