customary for product to be stolen in processing?

I just received my highlighter hotshot benefit mini set. It is painfully apparent that somebody opened the product and took some out from high beam. You can see what I received in my set vs an unopened new high beam mini I bought. I'm also fairly sure that the sunbeam was opened too. my watt up mini is fine since it's too hard to steal part of it. this is honestly my last straw with Sephora. The value isn't good and they can't even guarantee true authentic or unopened products. it is an issue that Sephora needs to deal with internally. This isn't the first time where I thought that I got used products and just threw away. I'm just going to buy products direct or at their competition since Sephora ops is a hot mess. there's only so much that I can put off as a mistake and Sephora has proven itself as an unreliable cut corners retailer.
