when i try to place an order it says:
Payment error - your payment could not be processed. Please verify that your card number, expiration date and cvn are correct and that your billing address matches what the bank has on file. We have reversed any pending charges to your account.
how do i fix this? my info is correct and my card works at other places online.
The Sephora website is refusing to accept my visa debit card.I am receiving a message telling me to check my address and card information.Everything is correct and I have used my card perfectly fine on other websites just tonight in fact including kohls with Sephora.Someone please help me I canโt even get ahold of someone via chat.

The SAME thing is happening to me! I called Comenity and they directed me to Sephora, and Sephora directed me to Comenity. It's so frustrating. I've never had any issues like this before.
I used live chat through Sephora and they were able to checkout with my cart for me so all the discounts applied! They were super helpful
I've been getting the same error over and over. Called the credit card company and nothing is wrong with my credit card. Maybe Sephora doesn't want us getting points using our card?

I had the same problem and i had no idea what was going on. I put in the information 2x just to be sure and it still said that. Make sure your billing address is correct (might be diff from shipping). and what fixed my problem is that I saw a minimum due balance and I paid it the same day then i went to checkout and it worked and i have never had that problem again. itโs weird but try paying ur minimum if you have one and then try to check outโฆ it should work
