confirmation email

I placed an order on November 28th for $72 it was through guest check out, I have not received an confirmation order number or anything. The money is out my account, I've called customer service they only see my order that's through my Sephora account on November 12th. I don't know when my order will be shipped or delivered, From now on I know not to use guest checkout.
