complimentary item missing from order

I used a code to get a trial size of the biossance copper peptide serum and when my order arrived it was not included. I understand these items run out, but the receipt states that is included! It makes me hesitant to order online from sephora again when I see how difficult it is to report a problem with an order. Most other stores have a way to easily report an issue, but there's nothing in the FAQ or even an email address given.
