commodity perfume Wool travel spray questions

I have been using the Commodity Story Book scents for quite some time and just purchased the Wool travel size spray during the VIB Rouge sale. My question is 1. I feel like this Wool smells different then the one in the Story Book package. Is there any kind of differences that would make this happen?? 2. It doesn't last as long on my skin and the label on the bottle is peeling off even though I just received it today in the mail and the packaging on the box was completely sealed. So, do i need to return it? Is there some kind of issue that could have happened during shipping and handling? Did i get an old bottle that had been lying around? What's a girl to do?? Some help would be much appreciated!!
