combining beauty insider points

Hi,

I am having trouble combining my Beauty Insider card points with my online account. My brother signed me up for the account about 5 years ago and I'm not sure if he opened it online or in stores.

 

I would like to purchase items online but I can't seem to combine the points onto my account.

The accounts have separate emails since it was created at different times.
