change order I just placed!

I just ordered the wrong colored palette. I was wondering if I can change the order or if I have to cancel the order entirely and reorder.

Hi @ashleyparkster, I'm sorry, but once an order is placed we are unable to modify it! We also generally have a very small window to cancel an order.  I recommend calling us at 1-877-737-4672 as soon as you see this so that a representative can help!
