card number too long.

Hi, I got a gift card for my birthday, it's a black and white Sephora gift card. I tried to redeem online, but the CC number is too long. The PIN is 4 digits. Does it mean I cannot redeem online? IMG_9722 Large.jpeg

@nnayberg Regretfully, the gift card cannot be redeemed online without the full pin number. However, you may be able to redeem the card in store. I recommend contacting your local Sephora store directly for further assistance. Thanks!
