I can't check out for weeks, I have been try to using laptop iPad iPhone, none of them works and I tried to use PayPal bottom and Apple Pay, none of them worked neither, is Sephora website gonna be like this in the future?

I've been having this problem too. It doesn't work on any of our computers. I've only been successful on my boyfriend's note 8, but he's out of town this weekend so I guess I won't be buying some new releases ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I just want to say that the suggestion of updating our web browsers is too much of a hassle. I haven't had this problem before with Sephora or any other website. This is a problem that needs to be fixed on Sephora's end, not ours. You're losing business.

I'm sorry to hear you are unable to check out! I recommend to log out of all of your devices, close all your browsers, download all device updates, restart your computer, then log back in on Sephora.com from the Firefox browser. Please download the latest version of that browser if you do not have this on your desktop or laptop. I hope this information helps!
