cannot activate $100 reward

Hi,

 

I got my $100 reward with my last order and I have received the email. However whenever I click activate there seems to be a problem where the link takes me to a webpage yet I can't see the code? Not entirely sure what I'm supposed to see to activate the reward.

Hi @NooraNoon! Sorry to hear that! This error seems to be happening when a client tries to access the link when the email is in their spam folder.  If that's the case, try moving it to your inbox first and that should fix it! If it's already there, let me know and I can look into it further for you.

Fixed it, it was a problem with the server itself. Thank you though.

@NooraNoon  You may want to try reaching out to customer service on the customer service board so that a mod can help you out!
