cancelled order, no refund

i’ve cancelled my order immediately after placing it. i used apple pay to pay and was also IMMEDIATELY charged. i keep being told that it’s an “authorization hold and will be reversed in 1-7 days.” i haven’t received anything back to my payment method. i’m seriously frustrated w this. it’s almost $200 and i haven’t gotten a cent back. like ??

The amount you're seeing on your bank statement is a temporary pending authorization, not a charge, and it will automatically drop within 1-7 business days.
