canceled orders

1st time trying online ordering and I'm reluctant to use the Sephora website again.  I had placed 3 orders today -- two by myself online and the third through a customer service agent, and all three were canceled.  I don't have any problems when I order on other companies' websites.  I received an email notice from my credit card company that the last order resulted in a credit card charge, so I don't understand what the problem could be.
