cancel order of unsuccessful authorization second time

hello, this is Julie. I'm really upset for one of my order which did on 11.14.2017.U guys did canceled again!
I did same order on 11.10, but it was canceled so I reordered. I waited 1weeks more and it canceled again! r u kidding me? somebody help me what's going on and i wanted order same thing with 20%discount amount!
help me please!!!!

Hi, Same thing has been happening to me I order stuff I get an email confirm then an email over a week later says the stuff it out of stock but when I check online it’s all in stock!!! Then they say the rewards I ordered with it is also out of stock yet it’s still offered on line and in stock, so they canceled my order!!! And I missed using my discount, I called customer service but the wait time was 30 minutes, so I emailed them it’s been 2 days no response. It’s the second time in two weeks this has happened. Sephora customer service is dropping the ball big time lately! My next step is to call corporate you might want to consider that. Sorry to hear that you are having a rough time too!
