can't place order

I've tried to place order but the website always showed me "Payment error - your payment could not be processed. Please verify that your card number, expiration date and cvn are correct and that your billing address matches what the bank has on file. We have reversed any pending charges to your account.

My address matches the Canadian credit card, and everything should be eligible. Why this happened to my account? Anyone can help this?
