buying online

Help! The Sephora app/website for some reason doesn't like my postal code even though I know its right. I tried sending it to my sisters address which it was ok with until I tried to check out and it rejected my card because the billing address wasn't the same as the one my bank will have on file with my card. How do I fix this without having to use my sisters card? Why won't it accept my 100% valid postal code?
