broken palette

Hi there! I received an order today. Everything seemed in order (even the correct samples😁) until I opened my new palette. I'm including pictures. 2 colors are broken. Thank you for your time Wendi

Mine came broken too. The last shade on the right like yours. But I contacted customer service and they helped me immediately! I've been hearing that a lot of people's palettes are arriving broken. Not just from sephora either so it could be because they're so soft.
