Please bring back the free samples.

The samples helped me discover and adopt many new brands over the years, especially pricy perfumes, and were a huge reason I shop through Sephora rather than going directly to brands, or adding my makeup and skin care to my Amazon buys.

It was bad enough that you kept cutting back how many samples we could get, and then regularly sending unrequested samples when supplies ran low -- but to not be able to sample at all is a huge degradation in online customer service. And I could go to a store -- buthe retail experience at the stores I have patronized the last couple of years is already less-nice than it used to be (issues:  not as clean. not as knowledgable a staff. poorly trained in makeup, especially for skin different than they're own.)

I have been a dedicated, longtime Sephora customer, but I have become less-and-less happy with the Sephora experience these last few years. Please re-consider what made Sephora great, and re-invest in those foundational elements.

@MaXBa I'm sorry for the confusion! On desktop, you can select your samples on the first page of checkout, on the right-hand side, where it says 'Add up to 2 free samples.'

On the app, you’ll need to scroll down on the first page of checkout to find the 'Add up to 2 free samples' section and make your selection there.
