birthday gift return

Hi! a few weeks ago i picked up my birthday gift at my sephora early, i opened it up when i got home and (i got the glam & glow bday gift) there was only one tube in the box which was the moisturizer when it was supposed to come with two tubes. it looks like it has been used before, can i return this for a new gift?
