beware of sephora tampering with your orders

hi! this is my first time ordering from sephora.com since i live in canada and i wanted to order a few things that were out of stock here to a parcel forwarding service to get it back home. i assumed since sephora is a reputable company with millions of customers they would be helpful and willing to resolve issues that are obviously THEIR fault.

I received my package all and well and was excited to open it because i assumed there would be no issues. I open my package and an item (a huda beauty powder) is missing. I don’t think much of it because obviously sephora customer service will help. (WRONG! they do not trust or care for their customers).

I contact them and they say they can’t do anything because i used a parcel forwarding service. Okay. Understandable IF there had been any tampering with the package. No. It was not. Two samples With Two products with packing paper. It was not tampered with during the shipping to me. So, what could be the issue? Sephora is the issue. Their warehouse did not ship this product to me and they shirk their responsibility by placing it on me. I would like to make it clear to all other people who order TRUSTING SEPHORA. that you will be dealt with no help and discouraged from ordering again.

!! If your apartment complex uses forwarding or something or if you are a canadian like me pls beware and do not order off sephora.com!!

what a joke .. 

I haven’t ordered anything before. I have no open returns or anything. 

I honestly ordered for the first time and i was really excited to get these things.I really urge sephora to take accountability for issues with their staff at their warehouses. I will not be ordering again so thank you to sephora for that.
