best customer service at Sephora

 I’ve seen a lot of people saying Sephora is “stealing” their product and canceling their order. I’ve been a rouge for four years, and I always think Sephora has the best online service. Every time I found the product I’ve bought online was missing, I’ll call Sephora, and they’ll replace the product immediately. There was only one time last black Friday that my package was stolen by ups, and Sephora fall short of that product, so they refund me after the call. I really can’t understand why are they saying that Sephora is “stealing” their product. I have called for like five to eight times last 4 year, and twice during this omgspring discount, and I was never banned from shopping online. I do think Sephora is offering less discount recently, but I always get what I need when I ask for help. So if you have any inquiry, you should call Sephora rather than complaining online; sis, you should give them a chance to help, and they will!

withdraw “I always got the sample I selected.” Twice this month, my sample was missing.

Glad to hear your issue was solved!!

 

I actually called them and emailed them a lot and the only answer is “I will send you an email in 48h”. And their answer is they do not have any responsibility about my issue even I am their Rouge for years.
