been punished for a chargeback

I am a rouge member, and apparently, I am banned from placing any order online because there was a missing order that I reported. Sephora NEVER bothered to communicate the issue to me and totally locked my account without me knowing whatsoever. I came to find out weeks later when I tried to order some products and to my surprise a few mins after receiving the order confirmation email the status of my orders was "Unsuccessful Authorization". After putting so much money into this company here's they treat me. I have store credit and over 1,500 points worth into my account and I cannot use at all. I have been reaching out to Sephora and they don't explain at all what is going on and keep telling me that they will reach out to me within 24-48hours, and guess what.... it has been a week - and constantly keep chatting, calling them. I am so frustrated and exhausted.

Same!!! its painful, Paypal doesn´t help too and it´s unfair because I´ll lost birthday gift and sephora favorites set.

Hey remember me? Guess what, UNTIL UP TK THIS POINT. Sephora hasn’t solved this issue. Never bothered to reach out to me, even though I’ve been constantly contacting them. I’m so over this nasty treatment. I have store credit and points that are totally locked. Can’t use them. HOW ABSORD IS THIS?
