i remembered that the last time i went to sephora, i had 124 beauty points. when i went again & used $44, the receipt claimed i still had only 124 beauty points. in order to be sure my memory was accurate, i had checked my emails to see if there was any information regarding my beauty points. two hours before i had purchased my items , it had said i had 124 beauty points. Therefore, i never revieved my beauty points
