beauty insider points

Wondering if beauty insider points ever expire? I had been saving mine up for a rainy day (I do not buy often so my points were not a very high amount....but enough know I was close to picking out something over 500!) I just logged into my account to make my birthday month purchase (I also do not remember the last time I logged in as I have gotten a new phone and did not reinstall the app to this new phone until tonight) and see that I have been reset to 0 points. Is there a way to see when they were depleted?

@MizzTrigger  Points don’t expire as long as you have made a purchase or redeemed a reward or free birthday gift within the last year.  It looks like your private messages are currently turned off.
