beauty insider birthday gift

Hi, I'm a beauty insider member and have been for years.  My birthday is this month and I made an in store purchase a couple of days before my birthday.  I wasn't offered or given a birthday gift but without giving it any thought I left the store and a day or two later realized that I always get a small gift in January from Sephora.  I figured no big deal I'm sure that I will purchase something else later this month. Tonight I put a few items in an online shopping cart and went to the rewards bazaar and there isn't a birthday gift?  Did Sephora stop giving birthday gifts out?

They didn't stop. They supposedly didn't have any available for the entire month of December. Then only over 250 points. I had store associates from three different stores tell me I should be able to get a gift 30 days from my birthday when they would become available so when some came available I was told that nope unfortunately I had to get it only in December and couldn't get anything but 250 points rather than the freebie I wanted that was available finally after waiting 38 days and traveling to three different sephoras on three separate occasions.

For the online birthday rewards @Lizzy987 this is how I found them.

I am went to the Offers page. When I'm on that page and scroll down to the bottom it says Happy Birthday and then there is a Redeem Now button, can you find it?

@Lizzy987 @They still give out the gifts. Can you go back to the store and get it? There is no spend amount to redeem it in store. Online there should be an option to redeem. My bday is this month and I see it on my end.
