I was trying to get my birthday gift today because I am placing an order online but it appears my birthday is wrong. My birthday has already passed so I was confused as to why the birthday gift hadn't become available. My birthday was 2 days ago. Is there any way this can be changed so I can still get my gift with this order, or is it too late?

for some reason it still won't let me add it. I have 34$ in my cart and I even checked back on all of my previous orders to make sure I didnt already claim it and I haven't claimed any at all on my account. do you know why this is?
