noticed there is no pin # anywhere on the back. There's the 16 digit
number and that's it. Where do i get the code from??

I have not seen the reward card. I looked in my junk folder as well as
my deleted mail for the last month. Disapointed. Had i not seen a post
on FB i would never had know about the reward card. How can i get one
emailed to me? ?
