after purchase the orders always get cancel

Hi, this is Vicky.

Start from May, everytime I purchase something on sephora, my orders will always being cancel and few days later sephora will return my money back, but before May everything is fine. So could the sephora customers services please tell me what happened to my account and please solve my account problem. (I have been calling for so many times and they said they will call me back but they never do that.)
