account blocked from ordering for months

Has anyone had success with unblocking their account? I've been going back and forth with sephora for months about this. As of now currently on hold saying they're "researching" the matter. She has gotten back to me saying that sephora needs the reason as to why my bank disputed the account which I have told them multiple times since February 2018!
