a missing item from order

Hi

I received my order yesterday and I didn't receive 'SEPHORA COLLECTION Lip Balm & Scrub-Honey' from my order. I actually got the 'partially shipped' email so I thought I would be in another shipment but no, it didn't come. I just found out that the order status was 'Shipped' so what should I do??? can you help me?
