I am not able to use the 25 percent discount although everything I am doing seems to be correct. Can you please look into this!!!

Looks like they just don't want to give the discount. It took me 3 weeks to get the cc and now the discount won't apply. This is a complete scam! Never thought a company like Sephora would stoop so low! Seems like no business can be trusted these days!
