Hi! I need a help with my order. I pay the order with a Sephora gift card from Amazon at the moment he accepts it but then i receive the cancellation of the order :(, please help me, what I can do?

Hello, 

I'm having a similar issue. Sephora keeps cancelling my orders. I've used the same credit card that I usually do, and even tried PayPal, but the cancellation email says they want me to call to verify payment information. Is someone able to assist me? I've checked the billing address and the card number and have entered them correctly each time.
