Years of Points gone!

on Jan 1st I wanted to make a purchase and noticed my many years as a VIB rouge points went missing —- found out it expired on Jan 1st without any notifications or reminders.

 

And for some reason the records say that I have not made a purchase since 2023 which is totally false because I’ve made purchases/exchanges and redeemed things in the store in the last year! Now customer service by email is refusing to help and sends me a link to read the rules & regulations —- thanks for pointing out the rules now when I asked for help.

 

this is probably why Sephora is losing their customers.

@keelybt it's been months and I was not able to message you because apparently the website doesn't work on Chrome or on Safari! I've been trying to do everything to reach out and finally using a different browser to message you and it says I the link to message you is an error. I don't know... it seems like you don't allow direct messages. I am not reaching out to Customer Service again as they don't care about a solution, they copy and paste the policy...

@llness, my apologies, private messages can only be enabled on the desktop browser or mobile browser. Please visit the community on a browser (community.sephora.com) and look for the gear/settings icon to enable private messaging.
